Sat, 13 Oct 2018 14:29:08 +0000 I purchased a 3rd pair because they were the best sandals I ever owned. When it arrived there was a defect such that it was uncomfortable to wear them. I contacted customer service, which turned out to be an extremely pleasant experience. The defective pair was immediately replaced and the rest is history. Great company, highly recommended.
