What a shame: I find them very comfortable

Can’t remember where I got them from: it was someone who contacted me directly via a mailshot online, there was a special deal for physical therapists, got some money off I will just have to find myself an American to receive my order! Can you tell me how long it takes for you to mail orders out in case I can find someone?
