Are my Hawaiian Jellys "Too Tight"?

Thanks for your letter concerning the sizing for Hawaiian Jellys. We strive to have every single one of our customers happy and will work to make you comfortable with your new Hawaiian Jellys as well in every way we can. That said, we have always been special with regard to "fit" because of the orthotics we build into each pair. Our customers frequently initially send us letters saying that they are too small however, after wearing for a few days and allowing a "Break-In period," many then realize they are in fact "perfect," and help with correct foot alignment and other footwear related problems etc. so you might give that a try.

However, if on the other hand yours are not long enough such as your toes hang over the toe bumper in the front, then yes we are happy to send you out the next size up. Please let us know your thoughts as once broken in correctly, you will find Hawaiian Jellys will be what you want to wear all of the time!

How do I return a purchase?

Please email us at: customerservice@hawaiianjellys.com including your name, order number, date ordered, and the reason(s) for return for your return authorization within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unworn, in the state received & in the original packaging. Please be aware that Swimwear cannot be returned. If your return does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted for processing & will only be returned at your expense. For damaged or defective products, please email us within 72 hours of delivery date and provide a detailed description and pictures clearly documenting the issue(s). All returns must be shipped within 10 days of issuing your return authorization.


How can I do an exchange for a different size?

Please email us at: customerservice@hawaiianjellys.com including your name, order number, date ordered, the specific size/color of the pair(s) you would like to return, and the specific size/color of the pair(s) you would like to exchange to for your exchange authorization within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be new, unworn, in the state received & in the original packaging.   Please be aware that Swimwear cannot be exchanged. If your return does not meet these requirements, it will not be accepted for processing & will only be returned at your expense. All returns must be shipped within 10 days of issuing your exchange authorization.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless a fulfillment error occurred.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that the return is received to fully process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

How long will the exchange process take?

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that the return is received to fully process your exchange.   Upon receipt and processing of your return, your replacement pair(s) should arrive within 7-10 business days if no delays.

Do I have to pay for the shipping costs for my exchange to be shipped to me?

While the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, Hawaiian Jellys will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged replacement pair(s) going back out to you.

Where is my exchange?

If you have not received your exchanged replacement pair(s) yet, please send us an email inquiry at: customerservice@hawaiianjellys.com with your name and order number and we will reply with your order status and tracking details.

Help, I don’t see the size or color I’d like to order on the site.

Our site is regularly updated to reflect our current availability. Any sizes/colors you do not see on our site means we are currently sold out and waiting to be restocked.

How do I know what size to order?

Our slip-aaahs are unisex sized and offered in whole sizes with one standard width per size. "M" refers to the Mens sizes; "W" refers to the Womens sizes. If you normally wear a Mens 7/Womens 9 or smaller, we recommend you order up a size as our sizing tends to run smaller within this smaller range. If you wear a half size, we recommend trying the next whole size up.

How do I get free shipping on my order?

All orders over $50 are extended free Standard shipping within the US. At checkout just be sure to select the free shipping option. We do also offer more expedited shipping options which will incur the respective shipping costs depending on the shipping option selected.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, we use a wide array of electronic security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for all orders

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed the business day after the order has been placed, and ship within 2 business days after the order has been placed. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipped orders to arrive.

Help, I’m having trouble placing my order. What do I do?

If you are experiencing technical difficulty placing your order using Internet Explorer as your browser, try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you are still experiencing difficulty, we will be happy to assist you with your order directly. How can I become a Vendor or Retailer?

I did not purchase my item from your site. Can I still return it to you?

Please contact the original place of purchase as they will have the records and can assist you with your returns.

Do you offer price matching?

No, Hawaiian Jellys does not price match with other retailers or website offers. Additionally we do not adjust pricing of previous purchases to match promotional pricing.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once your order has been confirmed and submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Is there a warranty on Hawaiian Jellys slip-aaahs?

Hawaiian Jellys provides a manufacturer's limited warranty within the normal scope of use against defective materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.

Do you do repairs?

No, we do not offer any repairs for any of our products.

Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?

Each order can only be shipped to one shipping address. For multiple addresses, please place a new order for each respective item(s) and shipping address; shipping charges will be applied accordingly.

Help, I received the wrong item in my order. What do I do?

Please email us at: customerservice@hawaiianjellys.com with your name, order number, and details with photo of what you received in error, and we will resolve it by getting the proper replacement item out to you as soon as possible.

Can I return an order that I used a discount/promotional code on?

Please email us at: customerservice@hawaiianjellys.com including your name, order number, date ordered, and the reason(s) for return for your return authorization within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unworn, in the state received & in the original packaging. The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift or discount applied. If you received a free gift on your order, you must also return the free gift to receive a full refund; otherwise the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift.
